Jason was very knowledgeable in our local area comps. He was able to help us set reasonable list prices on the houses we were selling which basically insured multiple offers which led to even higher offers for which we were grateful. He was in constant communication with us and explained the process as we entered each stage of the sale. He always answered every call we made to him for questions, big and small.
