A product of El Camino High School, Jason attended Pierce College where he obtained a Music Major and went on to graduate from The Musicians Institute while working as a Music Manager. Jason's career in the music industry spanned across ten years in all aspects from Promoter, Management , Licensing, and Eventually Artists and Repertoire for Atlantic Records.

Jason's entrepreneurial background serves him well in Real Estate. Welcoming challenging transactions, Jason's skill set of Strategy, Mindfulness and Problem Solving are all aspects that come into play during such a transaction.
